SUMMARY:Art Exhibition: Line & Texture
DESCRIPTION:Line & Texture: 4 Decades of Work (1986–2026)\nElaine Foster-Gandey\n22 April – 13 June 2026 \nA new exhibition by Elaine Foster-Gandey presents four decades of work exploring the expressive possibilities of line and texture across painting\, textiles\, ceramics\, print and sculpture. \nSpanning the years 1986 to 2026\, Line & Texture: 4 Decades of Work brings together a rich selection of works that reveal a sustained and evolving engagement with mark-making\, surface\, and material. Whether drawn\, stitched\, printed or formed\, line acts as both structure and language\, while texture becomes a tactile record of process and time. \nWorking fluidly across disciplines\, Foster-Gandey blurs the boundaries between fine art and craft. Textiles echo drawn marks; ceramics hold imprinted gestures; paintings and prints reveal layered surfaces built through repetition and intuition. Seen together\, these works chart both continuity and change\, offering insight into an enduring and exploratory practice. \nThe exhibition includes paintings\, drawings\, prints\, ceramics and handmade cards\, with accessible pricing inviting a wide audience to engage with original work. \nExhibition details:\nDates: Wednesday 22 April – Sunday 13 June 2026\nOpening hours: Wednesday – Saturday\, 10am – 5pm\nVenue: Elaine Foster-Gandey Art\n15 Queen St\,\nLostwithiel\,\nPL22 0AD \nPrices:\nCards from £3\nPrints £5–£10\nDrawings £5–£250\nPaintings £25–£300\nCeramics from £35 \nFor further information\, images or interview requests\, please contact the gallery directly.
