Pirates of the Carabina present On the Shoulders, an aerial & acrobatic circus show celebrating female solidarity and intergenerational connection in the face of all that we hold.
Beautiful, surprising and unlike anything else you’ll see this summer. Three multi-skilled performers blend aerial, circus, dance, puppetry, verbatim theatre and live music, performed in, on and around a spectacular giant female puppet. On The Shoulders brings humour and beauty to the real stories of women living in the South West, exploring our collective strength and intergenerational connection.
A production by Pirates of the Carabina, the award-winning creators of Flown and Pirate Taxi. Supported by Arts Council England.
