Elmore Quartet at ‘Music on the Mount’

Performing at St Michael & All Angels as part of the highly-anticipated ‘Music on the Mount’ classical music series, the Elmore Quartet is an award-winning ensemble founded in 2017 at the Royal Northern College of Music, recipients of the Tunnell Trust Awards and current Hans Keller Chamber Fellows at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. They have performed at Wigmore Hall, made multiple recordings for BBC Radio 3, and in 2024 were awarded third prize at the prestigious Premio Paolo Borciani International String Quartet Competition. Bringing them to this concert series offers audiences a rare opportunity to hear one of the most exciting emerging quartets in Britain today.
