Shepton Mallet Carnival 2025

Shepton Mallet hosts its illuminated carnival on Wednesday 12 November 2025, with the procession starting at 7:30pm. This event is part of the Somerset Guy Fawkes Carnival circuit and features over 100 entries ranging from single masqueraders to large illuminated carnival carts pulled by decorated tractors. The parade is free to attend, but official collectors will be onsite and all profits go to local charities and community groups. Supporters are asked to bring coins or notes.
